SHIPPING POLICY
Our companies main goal is to ship our products out to you the day after your order is placed. Please take into account that it takes between 3-7 days for products to be processed and shipped not including weekends and holidays :)

If you receive damaged goods please reach out to frexskin@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the damage that would've occurred during shipping for a replacement product. Frex skin will cover the cost of the replacement but you will have to pay for shipping. If the 24 hour period is up, I will not be able to arrange shipping out a replacement product.

If the package itself is damaged/lost you will have to contact the post office as once the package has left my hands, I no longer have control over what happens :(
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As we are selling body care items we have a strict no refunds or return policy. If you ever have any questions about your order or the address given was incorrect please feel free to email frexskin@gmail.com and we will be happy to help!
